Meet the Owners – Kelly & Chuck Blackaby
Aqua Shores Home Watch was founded by Kelly and Chuck Blackaby, a husband-and-wife team who call Southwest Florida home. They moved to Florida in 2019, when their last child graduated from high school.

After vacationing in the area for over 20 years and unfortunatley arriving to air conditioning or pool related problems, let alone landscaping and irrigation issues. We figured there had to be a better way to avoid theses problems taking up our vacation time.

With Chuck retiring as an airline captain and Federal Officer, it seemed to be a perfect time to provide the service that we wished we would have had available.

With a shared passion for helping others and a strong sense of community, Kelly and Chuck saw an opportunity to offer peace of mind to fellow homeowners by launching a professional home watch service. Combining their attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to service, they created Aqua Shores Home Watch to meet a very real need in Collier County.

Their mission is simple: to care for your home as if it were their own. With ongoing training through the Florida Home Watch Association and a focus on personalized service, Kelly and Chuck continue to build a business rooted in trust, transparency, and genuine care for each client.
