A. Yes, we always aim to accommodate our customers' needs, especially when it could offer potential savings for them.
Q. Others have talked to us about the savings of an exterior walk-around service only as opposed to a full service, what is your opinion?
A. Your home concerns are far more than exterior in nature during the hot steamy summers of Florida. Our service works best when combined with an interior service at least every other week.
Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. We accept personal checks, money orders, Venmo, Zelle and cash.
Q. Can I pay for my service annually or semi-annually instead of monthly?
A. Yes, we offer both annual and semi-annual payment options. If you choose to cancel your service at any time, we will provide a prorated refund for the services that were not performed.
Q. Can I save money by paying annually or semi-annually?
A. While we strive to keep our pricing affordable, we do not offer discounts for advanced payments. We accept these payments as a convenience for clients who prefer not to handle monthly transactions, and we also accept all major credit cards for your ease of payment.
Q. Do I need to sign a long-term contract for your service?
A. No long-term contract is required. Our service operates on a month-to-month basis, but we do ask for a minimum of 4 weeks' notice if you wish to adjust the home watch schedule. Therefore, the shortest service period would be 8 weeks initially, with 4 weeks' notice required thereafter.
Q. Why is it better to have a professional home watch company monitor my home instead of relying on a neighbor?
A. While neighbors may help out, many clients still prefer to hire a professional home watch service. Our team is trained to spot issues before they escalate. For example, we may catch a slow water leak before it turns into a major plumbing problem. Additionally, we are insured and bonded, giving you extra peace of mind.
Q. Can I save money by simply having you walk through my house without checking appliances or running water?
A. Unfortunately, that would defeat the purpose of having a professional home watch service. We are thorough in inspecting your property to catch potential issues early, and skipping these important steps could put your home at risk.
Q. How many photos will be taken during each service call?
A. We only take photos when it is necessary to show you with the 1,000 words only a photo can. You may ask for specific photos at any time.
Q. After I view my report securely online, will the reports be archived for future reference?
A. We recommend printing each report after reviewing it for your records. However, all reports will be securely archived through our cloud-based system for easy future access, provided you remain in good standing. Please note that photos are not archived.
Q. Can I request the same home watch professional for every service?
A. We will assign the same home watch professional to your property for the duration of your service with us. The only exception would be if your assigned team member is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or retirement.
